Playing In My Exersaucer

Sorry it's been so long everyone, our computer isn't working well at home. 

Well this week was pretty busy at our house.  Monday the Knights of Columbus life insurance man came over and helped mom and dad with some new life insurance.  Tuesday I stayed home with dad while mom went to Pitt Blue for her yearly review, she said it went well just took a long time.  Wednesday grandma Clarice came over in the night again so mom and dad could sleep all night....it was a good thing because I got up 3 TIMES!!! (really just wanted to see my grandma!!)  We didn't do anything Thursday night we watched the Olympics BOY do I like watching the Olympics, I can hardly eat I like it so much :} Saturday morning dad went to the store and got paint for the living room in the basement.  Its a really pretty green color.  Then later dad and I went to Home Depot to get some painting supplies and after did some visiting at the Redington's house.  Tim and Vicki really like when I come over to visit.  Today we hung out at home most of the day, went to Walmart for groceries and then went to grandma and grandpa's house to help grandpa on the computer. 

I really like to play in my exersaucer!  all kinds of new stuff on there to play with.  Cereal is going well, I am getting better at it everyday.  OH the big news.....I am finally starting to giggle!!! Yay!

Went To the Doctor

My Grandma came over on Wednesday night and surprised me in the night.  She came to take care of me so that mom and dad could get a full nights rest!  Mom is working 13 days in a row (starting Mon 2/8) because of Valentine's day at Pitt Blue.  So gma thought she would help them out.  I have been getting up more in the night because I cough and wake myself up. 

Mom and Dad took me to the doctor on friday for my 4mo check up.  Everything is good, I weigh 15lbs 15oz! and I am 26in long!  I also got 2 shots and one oral vaccine.  The dr said I have hit all my milestones except giggling!  but she said I am right there, and should do it soon.  She also told mom and dad that I could have rice cereal, so we thought we would try it this afternoon....

It took a little bit, but after we made a big mess I was starting to get it. 

We will try it again tomorrow :0)

Still Have A Cold

This week we didn't really do too much.  We have been laying pretty low, cuz mom and dad are pretty tired and worn out. 
I went to Gma and Gpa Cox's house on Friday for a couple of hours while my dad did a tile job.  Saturday we went to Gma's salon to visit one of her clients and then we went to Menards after that to look for paint samples for the basement.  We can't decide on a color, so it is still not painted. 

My cold is a little worse.  I haven't been sleeping real well, and I have a bad cough now, it sounds pretty phlegmy.  But still don't really have a temperature so we are just toughing it out with the humidifier and some baby vicks. 

So dad and I are always playing games, well this week I got him back!  Dad worked so hard getting everything ready for my bath, and then when he put me in my tub I made a fountain of pee for him!  So he had to start all over with new water, he he :0)  He wasn't too upset, we both laughed for a while.  After he got me back into the new water I decided to have a few fart bubbles to make him laugh some more!  Mom wished he got it on video, could have maybe made $10,000!

The picture up there is me and dad after we just got done napping together on Saturday.  We are pretty good buds!
