Got A Cold

Mom was having some problems getting the words in with the pictures so we are doing two seperate postings.  Anyway, this week we didn't do too much.  Daycare was great, although I am not napping real well or very consistant.  I am going to have to work on that for Miss Tami.  However I did get a little cold from the other kids.  It's not too bad, I have a slight temp and sound a little congested.  Mom and Dad got a humidifier for me.  It works great!  Tues the neighbor girl Rachel (12) came over to babysit while Dad worked on the basement.  She is pretty new at the babysitting gig, so her Mom came to to help her (but still let her do all the work so she can learn).  She went to babysitting class last summer and learned everything there, but a real baby is much different than a doll.  Went to see Gma and Gpa Cox on Thurs for a while, think they were missing me.  Gma called and asked if I could come over to their house. 

Friday Mom, Gma Gutzy and I are going down to Abbott NW Hospital to see Mom's cousin Kurt and his girlfriend Ashley.  They are having a baby in April and she is sick.  She will be born with some heart problems.  But most importantly Ashley is having contractions already (27 wks along).  She is getting meds to stop the contractions, if everything goes okay in the next day or so they may be able to come home on Sunday.  They have been their since Monday.  Sounds like she will be on bed rest till she is due.  Yuck.  You can check out their story at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/addisongutzwiller.  Please say some prayers for Kurt, Ashely and Addison.

Other than that, not too much else is going on.  Hope everyone stays warm and healthy...

Big Week This Week

I survived my first week at daycare!  We had tons of fun, we even went outside to play.  Well I watched everyone else play from my nice warm carseat covered in blankets : D My mom had a great first full week at her new job, it is going very well and she really hopes to stay.  I hope you all got a chance to check out a few of my pictures at Heather's blog site.  We had some visitors on Tuesday, our friends Amanda and Bria stopped by after they were done shopping at the outlet mall.  Thursday we went to the Monticello bowling alley for Za'Nya's birthday party, she turned 6!  I slept through most of the party, but Mom said it was loads of fun! 

Great Grandma is celebrating her birthday on Sunday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREAT GRANDMA!!  wish we could come and visit.  Too bad the weather is going to be yucky.

This Week--

These are more pictures from the baptism last Sunday.  First pic is with the Hanson family, then my Dad and my two Aunties, next is the Cox family, just me and Gma and Gpa Hanson, my Godfather Travis and myself, and me in the tub!

We didn 't do too much this week, Mom had some more training days at her new job,  and on the 18th she starts regular full time hours.  Dad got to pick me up from the Brouwer's Tues and Wed this week and on Thurs I was able to go and play at Gavin and Preston Gutzwiller's house.  Had tons of fun at both their houses.  I am very grateful to be able to go to such fun places where they take such great care of me!  Next week I start full time at daycare, can't wait.  The daycare providers name is Tami.  She has been doing daycare for 13 years and she is right in our neighborhood.  Mom and I went there on Tues to check it out and it was great!  There are going to be lots of kids there to play with and catch colds from :0)

I had my 3 mo pictures taken today with Heather again.  I was really good, and smiled a lot.  Mom says they are really good and we all can't wait to see them.

We will let you know when they are available to look at on Heather's blog site.  She said it may be a few days before she can get to them.

Baptism

I was baptized on Sunday and it was pretty awesome! There were 6 other babies that were also baptized! After the event at church we went to my Gma and Gpa Cox's house for a big dinner with everyone. Here are some pictures from the event, Enjoy!

The New Year!

We hope everyone had a fun and safe New Year's weekend! Mom worked at Pitt. Blue for the holiday weekend. It was really busy New Year's Eve. Dad and I went to our friends party that night, and had a great time, Mom joined when she was off of work. I slept through most of the party. I really like their swing they have at Kim's. Sleep in it every time I am there!

Dad got to go fishing on Fri. He was catching lots of perch, could hardly keep his line in the water! He said he had tons of fun and can't wait for me to get big enough to go with.

Sunday we went to church (slept through the whole thing) and then to dinner at Gma and Gpa Cox's house. Monday night I slept from 9ish to 4:30am!!! Didn't make it through on Tues night though. Maybe tonight I will :0)

Mom has exciting news today!! She had an interview at the place in Becker that she worked at last week....and they offered her a job!!!! YAY!!! She starts training tomorrow. The office is called Dr. Stephanie Gruenes (pronounced green-es) Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. The clinic hours are Mon, Tues and Thurs 8-5 and Wed 10-7 Fri off. Should be a good schedule for Mom.
It's going to be awesome, but that means the start of daycare for me... oh well. I will make some new friends.

I am getting baptized on Sunday, so watch for pics after that! It's going to be pretty special. (so mom says)
